What
is Colon Hydrotherapy?
-
Colon
Hydrotherapy (CHT) is a safe, mild and effective way to help remove unwanted
material (such as old fecal matter, undigested food, mucus, yeast, fungi and parasites) from the
large intestine (colon).
-
CHT
gently introduces filtered and temperature-controlled water into the colon,
slowly adding only as much water as is comfortable for the client.
-
This
softens and helps to loosen the waste, resulting in evacuation through natural
peristaltic action. As the client begins to feel the need to release the
water, the colon hydrotherapist allows the water to be slowly released,
thereby gradually releasing the unwanted material.
